Deposits on orders are determined by the amount of the order. All deposits must be made in advance of the order being submitted. If there are charges outside of the deposits such are plans, calculations, labor fees, forklift fees those are paid directly to the manufacturer not Terrapin Steel Buildings. There may be admin fees charged for early cancellations. Those fees are determined by the said Dealer Terrapin Steel Buildings. After 72 hours any refunds are at the discretion of Terrapin Steel Buildings.

Refunds are not given because you’ve found a less expensive building elsewhere. Nor because when the crew showed up your site was not level enough to install your building safely. Sites need to be level within 2″ to 3″ This prevents warping or pieces not matching up properly. If the customer decides to change their order at the last minute and it causes an installation delay no refund will be given. The customer will have to wait until it can be rescheduled.

These terms are set up to protect both the customer and Terrapin Steel Buildings. Misunderstandings are not good for either party. We seek to have seamless and harmonious relations with all our customers.
