We build a wide variety of different garages and shops to meet our customers needs. Single car, double car and larger. Up to 25′ height 200′ feet long and 70′ wide. The smallest building we charge for is a 12′ X 21′ they can be built smaller but it’s the same price as 12′ X 21′ These can be built to different wind and snow ratings depending on the requirements for your local jurisdiction. We don’t always necessarily require a building to be permitted to be installed. However it is up to the buyer to determine if he finds it necessary to do so. Some locations do require them no matter what. In such cases we can provide the opportunity to acquire plans to help in getting necessary permits. Ask your sales rep. for more information.

Garages and shops can be anchored to concrete, dirt, gravel, or asphalt using specialized anchors designed for each surface type. We highly recommend anchoring your building, as it provides essential stability and protection against high winds.
